Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with 7+ years of contracts management experience.
• Experience administering construction contracts in railway projects and in line with railway standards.
• Proven ability to review and process contractor bills, variation orders, claims, EOTs, and payment certifications.
• Experience maintaining contract records, correspondence, and documentation for audits and dispute resolution.
