Job summary

Marathon Group in Mumbai Suburban seeks an experienced contracts professional to manage and negotiate contracts, review documents, and ensure regulatory compliance across real estate projects.

You will handle vendor inquiries via email and calls, visit sites with contractors, review billing and planning queries, and ensure quality and manpower through site visits and client feedback. ERP indents and attachments familiarity is a plus.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Experience in the real estate industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Managing and Negotiating contracts, reviewing documents, ensuring compliance with regulations.
