Job summary

YASH Technologies, Inc. is seeking ServiceNow ITSM/CSM professionals for government-facing engagements in Hyderabad, India. The candidate should have 4–7 years of ServiceNow experience, including ITSM & CSM development, implementation, and a strong foundation in Service Catalog, Flow Designer, and orchestration.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field.
• 4-7 years of experience in ServiceNow with ITSM & CSM development.
• Experience in ServiceNow implementation, Service Catalog, Flow designer and orchestration.
• Minimum 3+ years of implementation experience in custom development.
• Experience with User Administration, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Data Policies, Import Sets, Update Sets, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, ACLs, Email Notification, UI, Scripts, Scheduled Jobs, Fix Scripts, Service Catalog, Workflow, Glide.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Relevant implementation/configuration experience with the ServiceNow CSM module.
• Candidates should be suitable for a customer-facing government-related engagement.

Responsibilities

• Proficient in all ITSM modules (Incident, Change, Problem, Service Request).
• Hands-on ServiceNow platform experience with CSM module.
• Customer-facing government-related engagements.
• Write client scripts, Business Rules, Client catalog scripts, ACLs.
• Develop custom notifications and working on Notification Engine.
• Create Service Request Definitions (SRD) using standard and advanced processes.
• Experience building web services and integrating with Mid-Tier.
• Ability to update data in bulk using data management tools.

• It is a must to have good experience in writing client scripts, Business Rules, Client catalog scripts, ACLs in theprogramming language.
• Should work on Notification Engine by creating custom notification tags.
• They must create Service Request Definitions (SRD) using a standard process as well as an Advanced level.
• Should have working experience in creating web services, fetching the data to vendor form, and configuring Mid-Tier.
• Should possess sound knowledge to use the data management tool to update the values in bulk.
