Job summary

TecLogos Automation Pvt Ltd. invites applications for a Contract Renewals Associate to support commercial operations from our India team. You will manage renewal timelines, prepare quotations, and coordinate with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth renewals.

Ideal candidates have a Finance/Commerce background with up to 1 year of related experience, strong Excel skills, and excellent communication and negotiation abilities to drive timely payments and accurate records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 0-1 years of experience in contract renewals, commercial operations, finance coordination, billing, invoicing, or customer/vendor coordination.
• Good understanding of basic financial and commercial processes.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
• Good communication, follow-up, coordination, and negotiation skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple renewal timelines
