Job summary

onsemi in Bengaluru is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to lead end-to-end recruitment for engineering and semiconductor roles in India. You will actively source candidates, coordinate interviews, and partner with hiring managers to move offers through to onboarding.

The role requires strong sourcing skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders with timely updates.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in engineering/semiconductor talent acquisition for India region.
• Hands-on sourcing required.
• Strong sourcing and candidate identification skills.
• Ability to research and recommend new sourcing channels.
• Excellent communication, time management, and negotiation skills.
• Strong communication with candidates and hiring managers.
• Experience with multiple selection processes (phone interviews, references).
• Willing to source via job boards and social media.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end recruitment process ownership.
• Sourcing, searching, and identifying candidates via job boards and social media.
• Coordinate interviews and manage the end-to-end process through to onboarding.
• Negotiate salary and close offers.
• Maintain internal candidate database aligned with skill sets.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
