Job summary

EY Global Delivery Services in India (Ernakulam, Kerala) is seeking a Resource Management Associate to help manage resources using EY GDS tools. You will update schedules, resolve conflicts, and support scheduling across teams with increasing autonomy.

The Opportunity:

• We’re looking for candidates with knowledge and capability in terms of managing resources / manpower using different resource management and deployment tools within EY GDS.
• You will be responsible for executing tasks with increasing autonomy, applying sound judgment within defined parameters, and contributing to team outcomes. You are expected to demonstrate initiative, resolve routine issues independently, and support junior colleagues.
• You will anticipate and identify risks within engagements and share any issues with senior members of the team.
• In line with EY commitment to quality, you’ll confirm that work is of high quality and is reviewed by the next-level reviewer.

Your Key Responsibilities:

To qualify for the role, you must have:

• Professionals with 0-3 years of relevant resource management/workforce management/exposure in General Operations with strong acumen in resource management preferred.

Ideally, you’ll also:

• Advance knowledge of MS – Excel Ms - Office . Interest in business and commerciality.
• Power BI Basics
