Job summary

Execo is seeking a Data Migration Specialist to manage and execute contract data migration, ensuring accurate structure, key data extraction, and quality control. You will lead discovery with clients, extract and structure data, and perform uploads with rigorous checks.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in contract review and data upload, with CLM software experience and a law degree preferred. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential for client-facing support.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in contract review and data upload tasks.
• Familiarity with Contract Lifecycle Management software and related tools.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law preferred.

We are looking for a Data Migration Specialist to manage and execute the migration of contract data, ensuring accurate document structure, key data extraction, and quality control.

Your Impact & What You'll Do

• Lead Discovery: Work with clients to locate contract files and identify key metadata.
• Extract & Structure: Pull mandatory details from contracts and organize documents into proper parent-child relationships.
• Upload Data: Perform actual data uploads into systems and complete pre- and post-upload quality checks.
• Test & Troubleshoot: Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with clients and resolve any data migration issues.
