Job summary

Siemens Energy is seeking a Contract Manager to support EPC project execution by handling contractual and commercial matters across the project lifecycle. You will be the primary customer interface for contractual issues, directing administration, claims management, change orders, and risk mitigation.

You will review contracts, prepare notices, lead EOTs and variations, and advise project teams on rights and obligations to maximize commercial protection and project profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Law, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of contract/commercial management experience in EPC projects.
• Strong knowledge of FIDIC, EPC contracts, claims management, change management, and contract administration.
• Proven experience managing customer-facing contractual matters on HVDC, FACTS, infrastructure, power projects.

Preferred

• Master’s degree in business, Commercial Management.
• Professional certifications such as CPCM, CCM, PMP, or equivalent.
