Job summary

LogicMonitor is seeking a detail-oriented Contract Management Analyst to support deal desk contract review, Salesforce data accuracy, quote-to-cash controls, and downstream operational readiness across LogicMonitor and Catchpoint processes.

In this role, you will review customer contracts, signed order forms, renewals, growth/upsell deals, cancellations, cancel-and-replace transactions, and related deal documentation to ensure accuracy before billing and provisioning.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in Deal Desk or related roles.
• Experience with Salesforce or CPQ workflows.
• Strong attention to detail and data validation.
• Ability to coordinate across Sales, Finance, and Legal.
• Experience with AI tools to enhance productivity.

Responsibilities

• Review contracts and deal documentation for New Logo, Renewal, Growth/Upsell, Full Cancellation, and Cancel & Replace transactions.
• Validate signed order forms, contract terms, CPQ quote configuration, opportunity details, ACV/ARR amounts, product quantities, bundle details, incentive dates, billing terms, and service dates.
• Assign, track, and update contract review requests through Deal Desk queues, Salesforce reports, CRM records, and related workflow tools.
• Identify missing signatures, incorrect quote stages, mismatched product details, inaccurate opportunity information, incorrect amounts, or approval gaps before downstream handoff.
• Support Deal Desk and Sales teams by reviewing contract review requests, adding clear comments, updating review status, and escalating exceptions when required.
• Coordinate with Sales, Deal Desk, Finance, Billing, Legal, Customer Success, and Provisioning teams to resolve contract discrepancies and ensure clean handoffs.
• Partner with Provisioning teams by ensuring contract terms, product entitlements, service dates, cancellations, add-ons, and customer account changes are clear and actionable for provisioning execution.
• Support review of special deal scenarios such as ELA/custom deals, manual workarounds, cancellation reviews, cancel-and-replace transactions, and renewal alignment checks.
• Maintain accurate Salesforce and CRM data related to accounts, opportunities, quotes, contract review requests, opportunity types, transaction types, and booking details.
• Support audit readiness, SLA/TAT tracking, reporting, reconciliation, and quality checks across contract review and quote-to-cash processes.
• Identify recurring contract review issues, data gaps, process inefficiencies, or handoff risks and recommend improvements.
• Leverage AI tools responsibly to support documentation, summarization, issue analysis, reporting, and process improvement while validating outputs for accuracy.

Job Summary

LogicMonitor is looking for a detail-oriented and process-driven Contract Management Analyst to support Deal Desk contract review, Salesforce data accuracy, quote-to-cash controls, and downstream operational readiness across LogicMonitor and Catchpoint processes.

In this role, you will support the review of customer contracts, signed order forms, renewals, growth/upsell deals, cancellations, cancel-and-replace transactions, and related deal documentation. You will validate contract information against Salesforce, CPQ quote configuration, opportunity details, approvals, ACV/ARR values, product quantities, service dates, and internal policies before deals move further into billing, provisioning, and customer lifecycle workflows.

This role is key to helping LogicMonitor improve contract accuracy, reduce downstream rework, strengthen governance, and ensure Sales, Deal Desk, Finance, Billing, Customer Success, and Provisioning teams are working from accurate and validated deal information.

As a Contract Management Analyst, you'll be empowered to learn quote-to-cash operations, support Deal Desk processes, work cross-functionally, and contribute to process improvements using Salesforce, CRM workflows, reporting, automation, and AI-enabled tools.

What You'll Do

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in Deal Desk, contract review, sales operations, revenue operations, order management, quote-to-cash operations, provisioning operations, or a related role.
• Experience working with Salesforce, CRM tools, CPQ systems, contract review workflows, ticketing systems, or related business applications.
• Strong understanding of deal documentation, order forms, opportunities, quotes, renewals, amendments, cancellations, and approval-based workflows.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to validate data across contracts, Salesforce records, quotes, pricing, product quantities, dates, and approvals.
• Ability to manage multiple contract review requests, prioritize work, document updates clearly, and meet defined turnaround times.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Deal Desk, Finance, Billing, Legal, Customer Success, and Provisioning teams.
• Experience using AI tools to enhance productivity, documentation, analysis, problem-solving, or workflow efficiency.
