Role Overview:

We have an exciting opportunity for someone to join us as a Continuous Improvement Specialist to work in a truly global environment. The Continuous Improvement Specialist is responsible for identifying, designing, and implementing process improvement initiatives across finance and business operations. The role focuses on leveraging Microsoft technologies, including Microsoft Copilot, Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, SQL, Excel, and SharePoint, to drive operational excellence, automation, data-driven decision-making, and productivity improvements.

The incumbent will work closely with Senior Manager Finance Shared Services to analyze processes, eliminate inefficiencies, develop dashboards, automate repetitive activities, and foster a culture of continuous improvement across the organization, reporting to Senior Manager Finance Shared Services. The role provides long term development potential for someone eager to demonstrate their skills and experience in the fast-paced soft commodities environment.

Key Accountabilities: -

Process Improvement & Transformation

Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and process excellence methodologies

Identify process bottlenecks, inefficiencies, risks, and control gaps.

Conduct process mapping, value stream mapping, and root cause analysis.

Design and implement process optimization projects.

Track benefits realization, productivity gains, and cost savings.

Drive standardization and global process harmonization initiatives.

Support business transformation and shared services excellence programs.

Microsoft Copilot Enablement

Drive adoption of Microsoft Copilot across business functions.

Identify use cases for Microsoft Copilot within Finance and Finance Shared Services processes.

Create prompts, workflows, and best practices for users.

Conduct Copilot training sessions and awareness programs.

Develop productivity use cases leveraging:

• Copilot for Microsoft 365
• Copilot in Excel
• Copilot in Teams
• Copilot in PowerPoint
• Copilot in Word

Automation & Digital Solutions

Build automation solutions using:

Power Automate

Power Apps

Office Scripts

Excel VBA (optional)

Eliminate manual effort through workflow automation.

Collaborate with business teams to automate recurring operational processes.

Develop low-code/no-code business applications.

Establish governance and sustainability for automation solutions.
