Job summary

Maersk is seeking a Continuous Improvement Lead to develop and execute CI strategies across the GSC network, driving process quality, capability building, and cross-functional change initiatives. You will partner with technical teams to implement enhancements, identify automation opportunities, and mitigate risks through structured improvement frameworks.

The role requires strong project management, Lean/Agile experience, and enterprise thinking to foster a culture of continuous improvement

Job description

The Continuous Improvement Lead is responsible for developing and executing CI strategies, driving process quality and capability building, supporting cross-functional change initiatives, and ensuring compliance and risk mitigation through structured improvement frameworks across the GSC network (the Maersk Way).

• Develop and execute CI strategies aligned with global and regional priorities, while tracking maturity and adoption across sites.
• Own process quality frameworks and identify skill gaps to be addressed through targeted learning interventions.
• Support/lead cross-functional projects and change initiatives at GSC, Product, and Global levels to ensure successful implementation and adoption.
• Partner with GPL/Platform/Tech teams on new enhancements, leading implementations within GSC.
• Identify automation opportunities across processes.
