Job summary

OM Group is seeking a seasoned Content Writer in Delhi to shape the company’s communications strategy and drive brand visibility across digital and offline platforms within the Supply Chain & Logistics domain.

The role requires 5+ years of experience in content writing and a strong command of SEO, blog, website, newsletter, and marketing content creation, with collaboration across marketing, operations, and design teams.

Qualifications

• Graduate/Postgraduate degree in English Literature, Journalism, Mass Communication, or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in content writing, preferably within logistics, supply chain, or B2B industries.
• Strong understanding of SEO principles, keyword optimization, and digital content strategies.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth research of the supply chain & logistics industry, including competitor content, market trends, and content strategies.
• Create compelling, original, and SEO-optimized content for websites, blogs, newsletters, social media, and industry forums.
• Develop diverse content formats such as service pages, articles, case studies, brand collateral, and marketing materials.
• Ensure all content maintains high standards of quality, consistency, accuracy, and brand tone across platforms.
• Write press releases, PR articles, briefs, and off-page content to support digital marketing and SEO initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, design) to align content with business objectives and campaigns.
• Optimize content using SEO best practices, including keyword research and content structuring.
• Edit and proofread content to ensure grammatical accuracy and typographical correctness.
• Stay updated with industry developments and incorporate relevant insights into content strategy.
