Key Responsibilities

• Research and write about logistics, supply chain, industrial solutions, SaaS, technology, and business services .
• Create SEO-friendly long-form and short-form content aligned with business objectives.
• Write website pages including service pages, solution pages, industry pages, product descriptions, and landing pages.
• Develop insightful and data-driven industry articles, thought leadership pieces, whitepapers, and reports .
• Create case studies, customer success stories, testimonials, and sales enablement content.
• Write content for LinkedIn and other B2B social media platforms .
• Develop email campaigns, newsletters, product updates, and lead-nurturing content.
• Translate complex technical or business concepts into clear, engaging, and easy-to-understand content.
• Conduct detailed research using industry reports, company resources, credible publications, and other relevant sources.
• Interview internal subject-matter experts when required to develop accurate and authoritative content.
• Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Product, Business Development, and Subject Matter Experts to understand requirements.
• Follow brand tone, messaging guidelines, and content standards across all communication.

Candidate Requirements
