Job summary

Acme Services Private Limited in Mumbai is seeking a Content Strategy & Planning lead to own SLOVIC's content across Instagram, YouTube and other platforms, defining pillars, formats, and calendars aligned to product launches and business priorities.

You will design scalable influencer content frameworks, oversee in-house and agency collaborations, lead creative ideation, and drive performance analytics to inform the next cycle.

• Define content pillars, formats, and monthly/quarterly calendars aligned to product launches and campaigns.
• Design scalable influencer content frameworks with repeatable angles for hundreds of creators.
• Lead internal content planning including brand, product-led, founder and community content from idea to publish.
• Coordinate with influencer agencies, brief, review output, and manage revision cycles.

• Content Strategy & Planning: Own SLOVIC's content strategy across Instagram, YouTube and other relevant

• platforms. Define content pillars, formats, and the monthly and quarterly content calendar, mapped to

• product launches, campaigns and business priorities.

• Scalable Influencer Content Frameworks: Design content concepts and briefs specifically built to scale

• through influencers - repeatable angles, hooks and formats that hundreds of creators can execute in their

• own voice while staying on-brand and on-message. This is the most important output of the role.

• Internal Content Planning: Decide what content SLOVIC should produce in-house - brand films, product-led

• content, founder and community content, static and short-form - and drive it from idea to publish.

• Agency Management & Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for content, creative and

• influencer agencies. Brief them clearly, set expectations and timelines, review output against the brief,

• manage revision cycles, and hold partners accountable to quality and deadlines.

• Creative Ideation & Hooks: Lead the creative thinking - develop campaign concepts, scripts, content angles

• and scroll-stopping hooks grounded in real consumer insight, and translate them into briefs that are sharp

• enough to execute without back-and-forth.

• Performance Analytics: Track and interpret content performance across reach, views, watch time, retention,

• engagement rate, saves, shares, CTR, CPM and conversion. Identify what is working at the format and hook

• level and feed those learnings back into the next content cycle.

• Trend Tracking: Stay ahead of platform algorithm changes, trending audio, emerging formats, and creator

• and category trends. Translate trends into SLOVIC-relevant content quickly, while filtering out what does not

• fit the brand.

• Competitor & Category Watch: Monitor competitor and adjacent-category content, identify white space in

• how fitness is being talked about in India, and use it to sharpen SLOVIC's positioning.

• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the influencer marketing, performance marketing, design

• and supply chain teams so content supports launches, ad creative needs and wider growth goals.

• Content Governance: Maintain brand voice, messaging and claim discipline across everything that goes out

• - internal, agency-produced and creator-produced.
