• Content Strategy & Calendar planning for social channels including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube.
• Content Creation—conceptualize reels, creatives, walkthroughs, testimonials with designers and agencies.
• Launch Amplification—develop content plans for milestones to support sales goals.
• Community Management—monitor comments/DMs, sentiment, and response times.

Job description

Role & responsibilities

A. Agency Management

1. Content Strategy & Calendar Plan and execute monthly content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, aligned to launches and campaigns.
2. Content Creation Conceptualize reels, creatives, walkthroughs, and testimonials with designers, videographers, and agencies.
3. Launch Amplification — Build content plans for project milestones (launch, RERA approval, possession) that support sales goals.
4. Community Management — Handle comments/DMs, monitor sentiment, flag reputation risks, maintain response-time standards.
5. Influencer Collaborations — Identify and manage creators for project features and site walkthroughs.
6. Performance Reporting — Track monthly performance and translate data into content pivots.
7. Cross-functional Coordination — Align with Brand, Pre-Sales, and Design for accuracy and paid amplification support.
8. Brand Consistency — Ensure tone, visual identity, and guidelines are upheld across all project sub-brands
