Job summary

Andor Tech is seeking a Product Content Specialist to join our Digital Content Platforms team in Bangalore on a contract basis. You will manage, enhance, validate, and publish product content for global digital platforms and websites, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to collect specifications and metadata.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of experience with CMS/content authoring, strong writing skills, and familiarity with Generative AI/LLM tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or Technical Writing; MS is a plus.
• 1–3 years of experience in developing digital content using CMS.
• Basic to intermediate Excel and data handling.
• Familiarity with Generative AI/LLM tools is an advantage.
• Strong writing, proofreading, and grammar skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Knowledge of HTML formatting is a plus.
• Excellent communication and time management.

Responsibilities

? Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to collect product specifications, data, and metadata.
• Develop and maintain accurate, structured product descriptions and digital content.
• Review and validate product data standardized using Generative AI/LLM tools, cross-checking against original source content.
• Track AI-generated content accuracy, success/failure rates, and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
• Publish product content through content authoring/content management systems.
• Ensure content complies with corporate style guidelines, brand standards, legal requirements, and global website standards.
• Verify product data structure, formatting, images, and other digital content elements.
• Coordinate with business partners, IT teams, and other stakeholders to ensure timely completion of content projects.
• Identify opportunities for content and process improvements.
• Manage multiple projects, priorities, and urgent requests while maintaining excellent attention to detail.

? Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, Life Sciences, or a related field. Master's in Life Sciences is a plus.
• 1–3 years of experience in developing, managing, or maintaining digital content using CMS/content authoring systems.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, with the ability to work with large datasets.
• Familiarity with Generative AI / LLM tools is an advantage.
• Strong writing, proofreading, spelling, and grammar skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Working knowledge of scientific terminology and abbreviations.
• Knowledge of HTML formatting is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good project and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
