Job summary

FRND is seeking a Content Operations Manager to bring structure, speed, and efficiency to our content engine. You’ll collaborate closely with strategists, scriptwriters, editors, creators, freelancers, and performance marketers to ensure the right content reaches the right audience, at the right time.

This role is ideal for someone with 2–3 years of experience who enjoys solving operational challenges, building scalable processes in a fast-growing consumer startup, and hands-on work with AI

Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of experience in Content Operations, Creative Operations, Project Management, or Production.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
  • Experience with Google Sheets, Notion, Airtable, ClickUp, or Asana.

Responsibilities

  • Own the day-to-day operations of the content team.
  • Plan and manage creative production calendars.
  • Coordinate across strategists, scriptwriters, editors, creators, and performance teams.
  • Track every creative asset from brief to final delivery.
  • Manage timelines and proactively remove execution bottlenecks.
  • Build and maintain trackers, dashboards, SOPs, and workflows.
  • Manage freelancer onboarding, assignments, and payments.
  • Ensure all assets are properly organized, versioned, and delivered.
  • Partner with Performance Marketing teams to prioritize high-impact requests.
  • Improve workflows through AI tools, automation, and documentation.
  • Identify gaps in production processes and continuously improve efficiency.
  • Help scale content operations across multiple languages and markets.

Every day, we create and distribute hundreds of creatives across multiple languages, formats, creators, and channels. To make this scale possible, we need someone who can bring structure, speed, and efficiency to our content ecosystem.

As a Content Operations Manager, you will build and manage the systems that power our creative engine. You’ll collaborate closely with strategists, scriptwriters, editors, creators, freelancers, and performance marketers to ensure the right content reaches the right audience, at the right time.

What You’ll Do

What We’re Looking For
  • 2–3 years of experience in Content Operations, Creative Operations, Project Management, or Production.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Experience with tools like Google Sheets, Notion, Airtable, ClickUp, Asana, or similar platforms.
  • High attention to detail with strong ownership.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Interest in AI tools and workflow automation is a strong plus.
  • Experience working with performance marketing or creative teams.
  • Experience managing freelancers or creator networks.
  • Exposure to multilingual content production.
  • Basic understanding of video production workflows.
  • Hands‑on experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, or similar platforms.
