Job summary

Eloelo is seeking a detail-oriented Content Operations Executive to support the Trust & Safety team in day-to-day workflows. You will manage CMS uploads, perform content QC, and ensure accuracy before content goes live on the app.

You will coordinate with internal teams, creators, and partners, prepare regular operational reports, and identify risks to timelines and quality, while continuously improving processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in operations and video is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operational activities including CMS video uploads and QC.
• Review, validate, and ensure content accuracy before live release.
• Coordinate with internal teams, creators, and partners to resolve queries.
• Prepare and present operational and performance reports.
• Identify risks impacting timelines or quality and flag them.
• Support ad-hoc operational tasks for the team.

About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive ContentOperations Executive to support the operations team in managing day-to-day workflows in the Trust & Safety domain. The role involves coordinating operational tasks, handling internal and external queries, managing the Content Management System (CMS), reviewing quality and fact-checking content before it goes live on the app.. The candidate will also be responsible for preparing and maintaining regular reports for various stakeholders to support decision-making and operational tracking.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operational activities, including CMS video uploads and Content QC.
• Review, validate, and ensure accuracy of content before it goes live on the app (QC).
• Coordinate with internal teams, creators, and partners to resolve operational queries and ensure timely execution.
• Track, compile, and prepare operational and performance reports for internal stakeholders and external agencies.
• Monitor content status, identify issues or gaps, and proactively flag risks impacting timelines or quality.
• Assist in improving operational workflows, documentation, and process efficiency.
• Support the Operations team/Creative producers with ad-hoc operational tasks as needed.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Good analytical and organisational skills.
• Proficient in MS Excel / Google Sheets for data preparation and reporting.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Prior experience in operations and video is a plus.
