We create video ads for SaaS & service businesses that actually get leads.

Generic AI platforms churn out soulless content. Traditional agencies charge 10x. We deliver affordable, creative, and hyper-realistic AI video ads built for Meta, YouTube, and LinkedIn lead generation.

We're scaling from 10 videos/month to 40-50 videos/month in the next 3-4 months.

The Role

You'll be our content distribution engine. Your job is execution and amplification: take what we create, repurpose it intelligently, and maximize distribution across every relevant platform.

This role is for someone who:

• Sees one piece of content and thinks "this can be 10 assets across 5 platforms"
• Understands that distribution beats creation (best content fails without reach)
• Brings systems thinking to content workflows
• Is comfortable being the brand voice online

What You'll Do

• Own the entire marketing content distribution
• Write 2-3 SEO-optimized blog posts per month
• Manage social media: create, schedule, and engage (LinkedIn primary, Twitter/Instagram secondary)
• Ensure consistent presence across search, AI platforms (ChatGPT/Perplexity), and social
• Track performance and create simple analytics reports
• Respond to comments, DMs, and build community
• Use AI tools to maximize output and efficiency

Must-Have Skills

Content & Writing:

• Content repurposing mindset - one asset becomes many

Tools & Tech:

• Proficient with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini)
• Comfortable with CMS platforms (WordPress, Webflow, etc.)
• Basic design skills (Canva or Figma for graphics)
• Analytics tools (Google Analytics, social platform analytics)
• Google Sheets/ Excel

Mindset:

• Self-starter who executes without daily instructions
• Detail-oriented
