What would you do?

• As a junior content writer, you will collaborate with policy specialists and subject matter experts to compose, edit and produce engaging and innovative content over a designated scope.
• In this fast paced role, you might be asked to contribute to aspects that include digital content management and strategy, so being a proactive problem solver with knowledge around scaled operations is a plus. You will work with a variety of cross functional stakeholders to provide clear, helpful and relevant content for education and help center purposes.
• Strong writing and editing competencies are clear requirements here, as is a mastery of the English language, as this role will also offer tier two editing for overseas content writers and producers.

• Able to function well with a team in a highly collaborative cross functional environment but still able to work as an individual contributor to track down answers to properly formulate content
• Ability to think on your feet and adapt to changing circumstances and situations
