Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Learning Content Developer to join a focused team delivering web-based learning solutions. You will work with industry standard authoring tools and technologies to design, develop, and maintain engaging content.

The role requires 1–3 years of experience in learning content development, familiarity with Articulate 360, Lectora, Captivate, Flow 2 and GOMO, and solid knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript and XML. Occasional shifts may apply as part of Talent Development.

What would you do?

• We are looking for a Learning Content Developer to work as part of a small team developing web based learning solutions using common development languages and authoring tools.
• Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain web based learning solutions using industry standard authoring tools and development technologies
• Work with authoring tools such as Articulate 360 Lectora Captivate Flow 2 and GOMO
• Talent Development process
• In depth knowledge of learning authoring tools including Articulate 360 Lectora Captivate Flow 2 and GOMO
• Good knowledge of HTML5 CSS3 JavaScript and XML
• Familiarity with industry standard learning courseware frameworks including SCORM 1.2 SCORM 2004 and AICC
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Ability to conduct research and identify solutions
