What you'll do
- Write X/Twitter and LinkedIn posts, hooks, threads, replies, and founder-style content that feels native to the timeline, not like a brand calendar.
- Turn creator economy trends, product moments, customer stories, and internet conversations into repeatable text formats Mozie can publish every week.
- Study what is working across AI startups, Gen Z creators, founder accounts, and internet-native brands, then translate those patterns into Mozie's voice.
- Pitch bold ideas and run your own content experiments — you get creative freedom over angles, formats, and voice, and you own the outcomes.
- Move fast from idea to publishable draft, use AI to raise your speed and range without sounding generic, and take feedback tightly.
- You understand why people stop scrolling, reply, save, or share — and you write like every line has to earn the next one.
- You can show proof of writing taste: a personal page, threads, a newsletter, memes, college club content, brand or creator work, or social experiments.
- You write clearly, think in hooks, and sweat details like structure, pacing, and platform-native language.
- You are extremely online in the best way — fluent in Gen Z internet culture, meme formats, and what makes content feel current instead of corporate.
- You want creative freedom and bold experiments, while respecting basic boundaries around manipulation, deception, or harm.
- You can commit consistent weekly time and are open to a paid trial task before the internship starts.
Nice to have
- You have grown a page, newsletter, or account of your own, even a small one — shipping consistently matters more than follower count.
- A strong point of view on AI products, creator economy accounts, founder pages, or brands whose writing actually works.
- You already use AI tools to brainstorm, research, remix, and draft faster.
What you'll learn
- How an AI-first startup builds a social engine from first principles: positioning, hooks, formats, feedback loops, and distribution.
- How creator partnerships work behind the scenes across discovery, outreach, negotiation, campaign execution, and measurement.
- How to use AI-native tools to research, draft, package, and ship better content faster without sounding generic.
- What it takes to convert an internship into a full-time content role — interns who consistently ship high-quality work get first shot at the seat.
