PLEASE READ THIS ENTIRE DESCRIPTION BEFORE APPLYING.
This is not a standard marketing role. Most applicants are not a fit unless they understand what is expected here.
This isn't a "shadow and observe" internship. You will spend months making decks no one reads.
You'll learn how marketing strategy is built for real clients - and you'll also do the actual content work that brings that strategy to life: writing and publishing blogs, website copy, and social media posts.
If you want a "watch from the sidelines" internship, this isn't it. If you want to learn marketing by doing it, this is.
1. Learn the strategy Sit in on strategy discussions. Understand how decisions get made from real performance data - and how ads, SEO, content, and automation work together as one system.
2. Write and publish real content Write blogs, website copy, and social posts for real clients. Take a brief and turn it into something that actually goes live - not a draft that sits in a folder.
3. Use AI tools well Use AI to speed up research and drafting - but keep your own judgment and voice. We expect you to know the difference between using AI to move faster and using it to avoid thinking.
4. Work with the team Coordinate with our project management, SEO, ads, and design specialists. Follow briefs accurately, ask good questions, and keep track of multiple clients without dropping anything.
5. Apply feedback fast Take feedback and use it immediately - don't just acknowledge it. By the end of the internship, you should have a portfolio of real, published work.
Clear, correct written English that can flex across brands and platforms
Genuine interest in marketing strategy, not just writing
Curiosity about why content works, not just writing it
Takes feedback well and applies it fast
Asks good questions instead of waiting around
Wanting to "observe" without producing real work
Treating AI as either beneath you or a replacement for thinking
Needing every task explained in detail, every time
Submitting work without proofreading it
Fast-paced, real clients, direct feedback. A mix of learning strategy and actually doing the work - published content, not busywork.
A degree isn't the only proof of ability. Skills can come from projects, internships, or self-learning. If you write well, think clearly, and use AI tools effectively, we want to hear from you - regardless of your degree.
