Job summary

LexisNexis Legal & Professional, part of RELX, seeks a content-focused lawyer to develop and maintain current, accurate legal content for customers worldwide. You will monitor legal developments, apply expertise, and enhance portfolios across jurisdictions.

Hybrid role with weekly Thursday office presence. Applicants should have a law degree and 3–4 years in content development or regulatory compliance, plus strong drafting, editing, and project-management skills.

Qualifications

• Law degree with 3–4 years’ experience in content development, publishing, and/or legal or regulatory compliance.
• Demonstrated experience in content development, publishing, and/or legal or regulatory compliance.
• Under the hybrid work mode, you are required to work from the office once a week, every Thursday.
• Drafting and editing experience with a good working knowledge of the publishing process.
• Strong communication and collaborative working skills.
• Well-developed problem-solving and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify developments, legislative reforms, procedures, case law, and trends within the relevant practice areas.
• Develop a strong understanding of the portfolio, including target market, authors, positioning, structure, and development needs.
• Apply subject matter knowledge and customer insights to deliver content that ensures currency, relevance, and accessibility across products.
• Identify and implement plans to harvest, refresh, or discontinue underperforming modules.
• Develop and communicate the value proposition of all modules within the portfolio.
• Support new content development proposals and the implementation of new content and titles within adjacent practice areas and/or jurisdictions.

About The Role
