Role Overview

We are looking for a creative Content Creator to manage User-Generated Content (UGC) campaigns for startups in our ecosystem. You will build authentic communities and collaborate with influencers and customers. Your content will strengthen brand trust and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Influencer & Creator Outreach: Proactively identify, vet, and build a strong network of on-brand content creators and influencers relevant to the diverse industries of our partner startups.

Campaign Management: Plan and manage UGC campaigns from start to finish. Create clear creative briefs, define deliverables, and set timelines that support startup growth goals.

Relationship Building: Nurture and maintain positive long-term relationships with creator communities, providing them with the support and resources they need to create authentic content.

Content Curation: Monitor social media for brand mentions and customer-created content. Secure usage rights and select the best posts to strengthen our partners’ marketing efforts.

Strategic Integration: Work with marketing strategists to include UGC across key channels. Use social media ads, email newsletters, and websites to build trust in our ventures.

Performance Analysis: Track and analyze UGC campaign performance. Track engagement, reach, conversions, and ROI to show the results delivered to our partners.
