Job summary

PhonePe is seeking a dynamic content creator to be the face and voice of modern financial storytelling. The role blends on-camera presence, research, and AI-powered content systems to deliver engaging videos across platforms.

You will own end-to-end content—idea, script, execution, and optimization—while collaborating with product, design, and marketing for a seamless production pipeline.

Qualifications

3–5 years in content creation or marketing.

We’re looking for a dynamic content creator who can be the face and voice of modern financial storytelling. You must be comfortable in front of a camera, fluent in financial research, and capable of both written and visual storytelling. This role is not only content‑creation or scriptwriting; it is a video‑first, creative marketing role that blends on‑camera presence, research, and AI‑powered content systems.

HOW YOU’LL SPEND YOUR TIME

50–60%: On Camera Content Featuring

You will be the on‑screen personality for the share.market trading channel and other media outlets.

Host financial education videos focused on trading in capital markets.
Present product explainers in a simplified manner.
Create short‑form and long‑form content as per marketing demand.
Build repeatable video series that scale and drive growth.
Continuously improve delivery using performance data.

25–30%: Research & Scriptwriting (around trading in capital markets)

Research trading, broking, markets, and fintech trends.
Write high‑retention scripts with strong hooks, especially around trading in capital markets.
Turn complex financial topics into clear, simplified stories.
Collaborate with product & compliance teams to ensure accuracy and shape narratives for each platform (YouTube vs Instagram, etc.).

15–20%: AI‑Powered Content Systems

AI is core to the role.

Use tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Runway, Midjourney, and others.
Build prompt libraries for repeatable formats.
Repurpose long‑form into short‑form using AI.
Test thumbnails, titles, and hooks with AI.
Build automated workflows using N8N, Zapier, Make, etc.
Identify bottlenecks and design AI solutions.
