Nirnay Education Services is seeking a Content Creator & Operations Associate in India to photograph products and produce engaging videos for Instagram, Facebook, and product ads. The role follows a hybrid model with office interaction and remote work for editing.

You will shoot, edit, and coordinate with founders and an agency, while organizing assets and assisting with back-office tasks. A strong eye for fashion storytelling is essential.

Hiring: Content Creator & Operations Associate

Hybrid : 23 office days per week

We are a women's ethnic fashion brand looking for a creative, hands-on person to photograph our products and create engaging videos for Instagram, Facebook and product ads.

Your responsibilities

• Shoot product photographs, reels, styling videos and close-ups that accurately capture colours, fabric and workmanship.
• Edit photographs and videos, adding suitable hooks, captions and text overlays.
• Work with our founders and marketing agency on content ideas and briefs.
• Organise shoot files and assist with catalogue updates, product samples and routine back-office tasks.

Content creation is the primary responsibility; back-office support is secondary.

What you'll need

• Photography and short-form video-editing skills using tools such as Reels Editor, InShot, CapCut, VN, Premiere Pro or similar.
• An eye for fashion, product detail and storytelling.
• Your own laptop or desktop capable of photo/video editing, plus reliable internet.
• Good organisation and the ability to meet agreed deadlines.

You'll attend the office 2-3 days a week for shoots and coordination, and work from home on the remaining working days for editing and content preparation. Comfort with voiceovers or appearing on camera is a bonus.
