You will handle video shoots, editing, captions, and campaign collaboration, with a monthly fixed salary plus performance incentives tied to reach and content performance. This is an in-office position in Sikar, India.

Qualifications

• Graduate with minimum 1 year of content creation or social media experience.
• Strong video editing skills with CapCut, Premiere Pro, VN or similar tools.
• Basic graphic design knowledge (Canva, Photoshop a plus).
• Excellent storytelling and content writing skills; good grasp of social media trends.

• Plan and execute content calendars aligned with marketing goals.
• Stay updated with trending topics, viral content formats, and platform algorithms.
• Collaborate with the marketing and creative team for campaigns.
• Monitor content performance and optimize future content based on analytics.
• Maintain consistent brand voice and visual identity across all platforms.

Salary Structure

Fixed Salary: ₹12,000 per month
