Qualifications

• 4–6 years of proven Content Creator experience across Fashion, Lifestyle, Finance, Cybersecurity or related domains.
• Ability to create content across multiple formats: short-form video, static posts, carousels, stories, long-form videos.
• Fluent in English and Hindi, written and spoken.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices.
• Hands-on with video editing tools, Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Showcases a strong portfolio/showreel across required categories.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, script, and create original social-first content across Fashion, Lifestyle, Finance, and Cybersecurity verticals.
• Produce content in multiple formats (Reels/Shorts, static posts, carousels, stories, long-form videos).
• Coordinate with design, marketing, and subject-matter teams to ensure accuracy, especially for Finance and Cybersecurity topics.
• Plan and maintain a content calendar aligned with brand and campaign objectives.
• Monitor performance metrics and iterate content strategy based on data insights.
• Maintain brand tone, voice, and visual consistency across platforms.

About the Role Publicis Groupe is looking for an experienced Content Creator to join its team on a full-time basis in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have 4–6 years of hands‑on experience creating engaging, social‑first content and will be responsible for producing high‑quality content across Fashion, Lifestyle, Finance, and Cybersecurity categories.

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, script, and create original social‑first content across Fashion, Lifestyle, Finance, and Cybersecurity verticals
• Produce content in multiple formats, including short‑form videos (Reels/Shorts), static posts, carousels, stories, and long‑form video content
• Write and adapt content fluently in both English and Hindi to cater to a diverse audience
• Stay current with social media trends, platform algorithms, and audience behavior to ensure content remains relevant and engaging
• Collaborate with design, marketing, and subject‑matter teams to ensure content accuracy, especially for specialized topics like Finance and Cybersecurity
• Plan and maintain a content calendar aligned with brand and campaign objectives
• Monitor content performance metrics and iterate on content strategy based on data‑driven insights
• Ensure brand tone, voice, and visual consistency across all platforms
• Coordinate with influencers, videographers, or external vendors as required for content production

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 4–6 years of proven experience as a Content Creator, preferably with exposure to multiple content categories
• Demonstrated ability to create content across Fashion, Lifestyle, Finance, and/or Cybersecurity domains
• Strong command over both English and Hindi, spoken and written
• Proven track record of producing social‑first content across all major formats (short‑form video, static, carousel, stories, long‑form)
• Hands‑on experience with content creation and editing tools (e.g., video editing software, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar)
• Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.) and their content best practices
• Ability to simplify complex topics (such as Finance and Cybersecurity) into engaging, digestible content
• Excellent storytelling, scripting, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple content pipelines simultaneously
• A strong portfolio or showreel demonstrating range across the required content categories

Preferred Attributes

• Prior experience creating content for finance or cybersecurity brands is a strong plus
• An eye for current trends, memes, and pop culture relevant to social platforms
• Comfortable being on‑camera or directing on‑camera talent, if required
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
