Job summary

ResponsibleUs is seeking a hands-on creator who writes sharp scripts and hosts explainers and campaigns, turning blank pages into final cut. You will script across formats in Hindi and English and anchor explainers, product walkthroughs, and social series.

Collaborating with designers and editors, you’ll adapt tone across platforms while owning each piece end to end. A showreel or samples are required to validate on-camera presence.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years in content writing, scriptwriting, or content creation.

• Fluency and cultural fluency in Hindi and English.
• Self-starter who can own a piece end to end

Responsibilities

• Write clear, engaging scripts across formats—short-form social, explainers, brand films, and campaigns.
• Host and present anchor-led videos for explainers, product walkthroughs, interviews, and social series.
• Turn complex topics like EVs, batteries, swapping, BaaS into simple, watchable content.
• Partner with designers, video editors, and the marketing team to take ideas from concept to publish.
• Adapt tone and delivery across platforms and audiences.

Job description

We're looking for someone who can write a sharp, scroll-stopping script and step in front of the camera to bring it to life. You'll be both the voice behind our content and, often, the face of it: scripting explainers, stories, and campaigns, then hosting them as anchor-led videos that make our brand relatable to riders, partners, and the wider EV ecosystem. This is a hands-on creator role for someone who thinks in stories, is comfortable on camera, and wants ownership of content from blank page to final cut.

What you'll do:

• Write clear, engaging scripts across formats - short-form social, explainers, brand films, and campaign videos, in a voice that fits our audience (Hindi + English).
• Host and present anchor-led videos: be the on-screen face for explainers, product walkthroughs, interviews, and social series.
• Turn complex topics like EVs, batteries, swapping, BaaS, into simple, human, watchable content.
• Partner with designers, video editors, and the wider marketing team to take ideas from concept to published piece.
• Adapt tone and delivery across platforms and audiences.

What we're looking for:

• 2-3 years in content writing, scriptwriting, or content creation, with a portfolio that shows both.
• Natural, confident, and engaging as a presenter. (A showreel or sample videos are required)
• Fluency and cultural fluency in Hindi and English, with an ear for how real people actually speak.
• A self-starter who can own a piece end to end and work fast without losing quality.

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with the EV, mobility, or gig-economy space.
• Basic video editing or a working relationship with editing tools.
• Experience building or hosting a recurring content series
