Responsibilities

• Ideate, script, shoot, and edit short-form video content for reels and Shorts.
• Be the face of the brand in videos and host segments.

• Set up studio/mobile shoots ensuring high-quality video and audio.

We are looking for a creative, camera-confident Content Creator to bring our brand to life on social media through short-form video content, reels, and stories.

Key Responsibilities

• Ideation & Creation: Brainstorm, script, shoot, and edit engaging short-form video content (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Moj/ShareChat) centered around spirituality, daily astrology, rituals, and cultural stories.
• On-Camera Presence: Act as the face/voice of the brand in videos, hosting short segments, explaining rituals, or performing trending audio formats tuned to our niche.
• Content Editing: Edit raw video clips on mobile (CapCut, VN) or desktop (Premiere Pro) with catchy text overlays, transitions, and trending audio to maximize retention.
• Trend & Cultural Spotting: Keep track of social media trends, viral audio, seasonal festivals, and auspicious dates to create timely, relevant content.
• Execution: Perform basic studio/mobile setup for shooting high-quality video and clean audio on-location or in-office.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: 6 months to 3 years of experience in creating content for Instagram, YouTube, or digital media platforms (portfolio/link to work is mandatory).
• Camera Confidence: Comfortable speaking and presenting on camera with clarity, warmth, and high energy.
• Language Skills: Strong command over Hindi (spoken) and English; ability to speak naturally and connect with an audience interested in culture/devotion.
• Technical Skills: Basic hands-on experience with smartphone cinematography, video lighting, and tools like CapCut, Canva, Premiere Pro, or Final Cut Pro.
• Cultural Connection: Familiarity or genuine interest in Indian traditions, festivals, astrology, and spiritual practices.
