Medantrik® is seeking a creative Influencer & Content Creator to join the Digital Marketing & Social Media team in Noida, UP. The role focuses on crafting engaging social media content across platforms, with a strong emphasis on Instagram and short-form videos.

The ideal candidate is trend-savvy, has a passion for content creation, and is comfortable appearing on camera. Freshers and candidates with 0–1 year of experience are encouraged to apply.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, Digital Marketing or related field.

About the Role

We are looking for a creative, enthusiastic, and trend-savvy Influencer & Content Creator to join our Digital Marketing & Social Media team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about social media, content creation, Instagram Reels, short-form videos, influencer marketing, and emerging digital trends.

This is an excellent opportunity for freshers and aspiring content creators to develop their skills, work on exciting campaigns, and contribute to brand awareness and social media growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging Instagram Reels, short-form videos, posts, stories, and other social media content.
• Develop creative content ideas based on current trends, audience interests, and brand objectives.
• Assist in planning and executing influencer marketing campaigns and social media initiatives.
• Research trending hashtags, sounds, topics, formats, and content ideas.
• Coordinate with influencers, content creators, and internal teams for marketing campaigns.
• Assist with content calendars, campaign planning, and social media scheduling.
• Write engaging captions, hooks, video scripts, and creative copy.
• Monitor content performance, including reach, engagement, views, and audience response.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and features across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
• Support brand visibility, audience engagement, and overall social media growth through consistent, creative content.

Required Skills

• Strong interest in social media, influencer marketing, and content creation.
• Creative thinking, storytelling, and communication skills.
• Comfortable appearing on camera and creating short-form video content.
• Basic knowledge of Instagram, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
• Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, VN, or similar content creation and video editing tools.
• Understanding of social media trends, Reels, hashtags, and audience engagement.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work collaboratively.

Eligibility & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, Digital Marketing, Media, Communications, or a related field.
• Freshers and candidates with 0–1 year of experience are welcome to apply.
• Candidates with personal social media pages, content portfolios, internships, or relevant college projects will be preferred.
