Job summary

Dailyhunt is seeking a Content Creator on a contract basis for 6 months. The role is remote with fresher to 3 years experience and a salary range of 2–5.5 LPA. A journalism/mass communication background is preferred and strong English writing is essential.

You will craft captions, scripts and posts for multiple platforms, track performance, and collaborate with design, video and marketing teams in a fast-paced environment.

• Track content performance, monitor competitors and use AI tools to improve content creation.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree or pursuing a degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Media Studies, Advertising or a related field.
• Strong writing, storytelling and research skills with excellent command of English.
• Good understanding of social media platforms, online trends and audience preferences.
• Creative thinking with the ability to turn stories and ideas into engaging content.
• Attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines and willingness to collaborate in a fast-paced environment.

Good to Have

• Experience managing a personal, college or professional social media page.
• Experience creating Reels, Shorts, memes, carousels or other social-first content.
• Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro or similar tools.
• Familiarity with social media analytics, engagement metrics and AI tools such as ChatGPT.
• Knowledge of Indian languages and a portfolio, blog, social media page or previous content samples.
