Job summary

Learnyst in Bengaluru is seeking an on-site Content Creator to develop high-quality video content that showcases our products, features, and success stories across web and social channels.

You will own end-to-end video production from planning to posting on Instagram and YouTube, track performance, and iterate campaigns based on analytics.

• You're confident and natural in front of the camera.

Metrics you'll own:

• Inbound leads from Instagram and YouTube, which is the number that matters most
• YouTube subscribers and watch time
• Instagram followers and reach
• Engagement on every post and video
• Publishing consistency, meaning how many videos go out each week
