Job summary

Titan Company in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, is seeking a Content Creator to develop and produce engaging content for our watches. Based in the marketing department at our headquarters, you will manage social media, coordinate influencer campaigns, and create content for emails, landing pages, and e-commerce assets.

You will lead photoshoots/videos, collaborate across teams to align brand voice, and stay updated on AI-driven content trends to enhance storytelling and engagement.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of experience in content creation and social media management.
• Graduation in marketing, communication, or design field.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end content campaigns including ideation, direction and approvals.

Job Requirements

We are seeking a talented and creative Content Creator to join our team at Titan. As a Content Creator, you will be responsible for developing and producing engaging and high-quality content for our watches - mainline category. This role will be based in our marketing department at our headquarters in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

Process Contributions:

Social Media Management:

• Lead and manage the social media pages of the brand to ensure consistent, high-quality daily content output in partnership with the social media agency
• Drive end to end execution including campaign briefing, content ideation,creative direction, and approvals
• Build and execute platform-specific content strategies, especially for Instagram, YouTube, and X (Twitter)
• Ensure timely publishing aligned with brand tone, campaign objectives, and performance goals
• Active social media listening

Influencer & Brand Collaborations:

• Identify, onboard, and manage relevant influencers aligned with brand values and campaign objectives
• Lead end to end influencer campaigns - from concept creation and scripting to execution and final approvals
• Experiment with new formats and creators, running at least one pilot influencer initiative per quarter
• Develop and manage strategic brand collaborations that unlock new audiences and deliver cost-effective impact

Content Creation& Campaign Support:

• Create and oversee content for all brand needs including emailers, WhatsApp communication, landing pages, and campaign specific assets
• Leadcontent developmentfor external platforms such as e commerce portals, PR releases, and partner platforms
• Manage and execute photoshoots and video shoots for campaigns and BAU requirements, ensuring premium quality output across all assets
• Create and oversee product and feature led videos for watch collections

Ecommerce Platforms : A+ Content for Product Launches on Titan website and other e-commerce channels:

• Liaison with the marketing team to understand the specifications and features of the product
• Develop thedescription of the product based on the brief gathered to ensure that the content communicates the intended message
• Garner required approvals on the content and liaison with the website administrator in the upload of the same
• Develop the A+ content for each SKU integratingproduct descriptions, rich images, narratives, etc. to adjunct customers to make better buying decision and to boost the conversions
• Analyze the results of A/B testing to determine the best content layout based on the conversion and undertake necessary actions based on the same

AI & Digital Innovation:

• Explore and leverage AI tools for content ideation, personalized social media campaigns, and enhanced social listening insights
• Experiment with AI driven analytics to optimize campaign performance and audience targeting
• Stay updated on emerging AI trends to continuously improvedigital storytellingand brand engagement
