Content & Community Executive (Zoho Stack)

Location: JNB Bearings Pvt. Ltd., Chennai (Mannady Metro)

Responsibilities

• Schedule daily posts + quick replies on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn using Zoho Social
• Create and analyze customer surveys & NPS in Zoho Survey (target 200+ responses monthly)
• Manage & optimize Google My Business and local listings using Zoho Publish
• Set up and run loyalty, referral & affiliate programs in Zoho Thrive
• Host 1 webinar/virtual event every month end-to-end using Zoho Backstage
• Manage product catalogue, pricing, abandoned-cart emails in Zoho Commerce
• Build quick forms (quote request, webinar signup, etc.) using Zoho Forms

Requirements

• 1–3 years experience in content, social media or community management
• Creative writing + basic Canva/photo editing skills
