Job summary

Edstate Learning in Mumbai invites a curious Social Media, Content & Operations Intern to support its content strategy, social media presence, and day-to-day operations for a real estate education company. Gain hands-on exposure to content ideas, captions, trend tracking, community engagement, and cross-functional collaboration across marketing and operations.

3 months, in-office, 5 days a week, stipend INR 12,000–15,000 per month, starting between 16 Oct and 20 Nov 2026, at the Lower Parel

Qualifications

• Students or recent graduates who are curious, proactive, and eager to learn.
• Good written and spoken English communication skills.
• Familiarity with Canva, Google Sheets, and basic digital tools, or the ability to learn them quickly.
• Must be based in Mumbai and available to work from the company's Lower Parel office.

Responsibilities

• Manage social media platforms, including Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn, by publishing and scheduling posts and maintaining an active online presence.
• Develop content ideas, captions, hooks, and creative concepts while tracking relevant trends and audio formats.
• Respond to comments and direct messages and support community engagement.
• Assist with daily operations by tracking tasks, updating spreadsheets, maintaining trackers, and following up with team members.
• Handle administrative tasks, including documentation, scheduling, coordination, and organizational support.
• Support webinars, events, and marketing campaigns as required.
• Gain exposure to sales, marketing, operations, and community management while assisting across different business functions.

About the internship:

Edstate Learning is looking for a curious, proactive, and creative Social Media, Content & Operations Intern to support its content strategy, social media presence, and day-to-day business operations. This internship offers hands‑on exposure to how a real estate education company operates, with a primary focus on content and social media.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Manage social media platforms, including Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn, by publishing and scheduling posts and maintaining an active online presence.
