This internship is suitable for students, freshers, aspiring digital marketers, content creators, and social media enthusiasts who want practical experience in content creation, brand promotion, and lead generation.

Requirements

• Basic understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, and WhatsApp promotion.
• Interest in social media marketing, content creation, and brand promotion.
• Ability to create simple reels, short videos, posts, and stories.
• Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, VN Editor, InShot, or similar tools.
• Ability to write simple captions, hooks, hashtags, and call‑to‑action messages.
• Creative mindset with awareness of social media trends.
• Good communication and writing skills.
• Willingness to learn digital marketing and lead generation.
• Ability to follow instructions and meet posting schedules.
• Confidence to appear in videos or support video creation will be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create social media content for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, and WhatsApp.
• Assist in planning and publishing reels, short videos, posts, stories, and promotional creatives.
• Write simple, clear, and engaging captions for social media posts.
• Support promotion of company products, services, offers, campaigns, and events.
• Research trending topics, hashtags, sounds, reels formats, and competitor pages.
• Create basic video content using a mobile phone and simple editing tools.
• Assist in preparing content calendars and posting schedules.
• Help increase social media reach, followers, engagement, enquiries, and leads.
• Respond to comments, messages, and basic customer queries under guidance.
• Support organic promotion activities across groups, communities, and online platforms.
• Coordinate with the internal team to understand products, services, and campaign priorities.
• Track basic performance metrics such as views, likes, shares, comments, clicks, and leads.
• Suggest creative content ideas for better audience engagement.
• Help create testimonials, product explainers, demo videos, and customer success posts.

Preferred Qualification

Active user of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, or similar platforms. Comfortable creating reels, posts, stories, and basic promotional content. Interested in digital marketing, content creation, and online promotion. Basic understanding of trends, hashtags, captions, and audience engagement. Comfortable using a mobile phone for shooting and editing short videos. Good communication skills in Hindi, English, or regional language based on the target audience. Ability to work consistently and share creative ideas.

Stipend Eligibility Criteria

• Complete the entire 6-month internship period without early exit.
• Maintain minimum 80% attendance as per company policy.
• Complete assigned validations, reconciliations, and documentation on time.
• Actively participate in reviews, discussions, and validation walkthroughs.
• Adhere to confidentiality, accuracy, and professional conduct standards.
• Early exit or termination due to performance or conduct issues will void stipend eligibility.
