Arcadis in Hyderabad is seeking a Planning, Evaluation, Assessment & Management (PEAM) professional to join project teams involved in data collection, collation and interpretation of scientific datasets, and to document findings for end users.

You will support client outcomes through service excellence across multiple capability areas, collaborate across sectors, and help innovate our service offering while advancing professional accreditation and maintaining adherence to national standards.

Qualifications

  • Masters degree in urban planning/design/environmental engineering or transportation planning.
  • Progress toward Chartered status or equivalent professional accreditation.
  • Knowledge of EIA reporting and NSIPs projects (UK).
  • Excellent time management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Plan assigned project work and allocate work to ensure timely delivery and effective utilisation of resources.
  • Work collaboratively with other sectors/disciplines to ensure the integrity of the overall design or solution.
  • Review and quality-assure project outputs to ensure they meet client expectations and Arcadis requirements and comply with national standards and codes of practice.
  • Develop effective working relationships with the Project Director or Manager and with the client and ensure clear communication of progress and changes.
  • Develop and maintain a good understanding of Arcadis services and the client’s business to facilitate networking and credibility.

Role description:
  • To be part of Planning, Evaluation Assessment & Management (PEAM) project teams in data collection, collation and critical interpretation of scientific or technical datasets, along with documentation of the findings in a format appropriate to the end users
  • To support the development of successul client outcomes through service excellence across multiple capability areas aligned to Arcadis values
  • To cultivate insights and solutions, and innovate our service offering with clients and within Arcadis

To positively lead and engage with the SHE agenda and to embrace diversity, inclusion and well-being in the working environment

Role accountabilities:
  • Plan assigned project work and allocate work to ensure timely delivery and effective utilisation of resources
  • Work collaboratively with other sectors/disciplines to ensure the integrity of the overall design or solution
  • Review and quality-assure project outputs (e.g. documentation, reports, specifications) to ensure that they meet or exceed client expectations and Arcadis requirements and comply with national standards and codes of practice
  • Develop effective working relationships with the Project Director or Manager and with the client and ensure effective communication of progress and changes and the resolution of issues
  • Develop and maintain a good understanding of the services delivered by Arcadis, of the client s business and the industry sector to facilitate personal networking and to consolidate personal and company credibility in the industry
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Masters degree or equivalent in Urban Planning/ Design / Environmental Engineering/ Transporation planning
  • Competent in scientific and/or engineering skills relevant to area of work and basic knowledge of related disciplines
  • Substantial progress made toward achieving Chartered status or equivalent professional accreditation
  • Advanced knowledge of the EIA, Town planning lesignaltions in UK.
  • Proven awareness and working knowledge of Nationally Significant Infrastructure Projects (NSIPs) projects, EIA reporting, managing key projects in UK.
  • Advanced proficiency with relevant desktop applications
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Effective technical, project management, client relationship management and commercial skills
