Job summary

Flexing It in Bengaluru is seeking an experienced PMI/PMO leader to drive end-to-end post-merger integration programs for complex client engagements.

You will coordinate 7–10 parallel workstreams, design governance, track milestones, and report to stakeholders, ensuring Day 1 readiness and sustainable PMI capability for the client.

The role applies structured PMI methodologies within a mid-tier IT services context, focusing on risk, interdependencies, and value realization.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Post-Merger Integration (PMI) / PMO activities for the engagement.
• Coordinate 7–10 parallel integration workstreams ensuring alignment of timelines and interdependencies.
• Design and implement integration governance including workstream tracking, RAID logs, steering reporting, and milestone mgmt.
• Identify integration risks, synergies and critical path issues with client leadership and workstream owners.
• Drive Day 1 readiness planning and post-Day 1 execution tracking across HR, Finance, IT, Ops, Sales.
• Ensure consistent cadence of reporting, documentation, and stakeholder communication through the lifecycle.
• Apply PMI best practices to a mid-tier IT services context and adapt to client scale.
• Help client build internal PMI capability for sustainability beyond the engagement.

• Design and implement integration governance frameworks, including workstream tracking, RAID logs, steering committee reporting, and milestone management.
• Partner with client leadership and workstream owners to identify integration risks, synergies, and critical path issues, escalating as needed.
• Drive Day 1 readiness planning and post-Day 1 execution tracking across functional workstreams (e.g., HR, Finance, IT, Operations, Sales).
• Ensure consistent cadence of reporting, documentation, and stakeholder communication throughout the integration lifecycle.
• Bring structured PMI methodology and best practices to a mid-tier IT services context, adapting frameworks as needed for the client's scale and complexity.
• Support the client in building internal PMI capability where relevant, ensuring sustainability beyond the engagement period.
