Job summary

YASH Technologies invites an experienced HR/LMS Systems Analyst to join our IT organization, driving SAP SuccessFactors and ERP integrations across HR and Learning platforms. You will partner with HR stakeholders to deliver harmonized enterprise solutions and improved data insights.

Role requires 5+ years in SAP SuccessFactors and ECC, strong communication, testing and reporting skills, and a commitment to confidentiality within a global client environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' related experience with SAP SuccessFactors and SAP ECC.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with a varied and global client base.
• Excellent problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.

Responsibilities

• Participate in global HR and Learning projects including defining scope, documenting business requirements, gaining consensus, communication of progress, and coordination of testing.
• Design, develop and execute testing protocols that include unit testing, integration testing and system testing, as driven by the requirements.
• Define reporting requirements by working with our business stakeholders and other business units. Will also be responsible for producing ad-hoc data extracts, table management, training, and data validation and integrity.
• Collaborate with IT and Business partners to clarify requirements and to support development. Verifies solution proposal for business requirement coverage.
• Respond to requests from IT and Business teams and works from documented detailed business requirements in context of target business outcome. Business requirements must consider business process, data, business-user and technology.
• Daily support for all areas of the HR and Learning systems
• Provide technical support for system integrations

ROLE POSITION

HR/LMS Systems Analyst

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Client Corporation is currently leading a search for an HR Systems Analyst to join our IT organization as we optimize and drive adoption of our enterprise Human Resources (HR) and Learning (LMS) platform initiative leveraging SAP SuccessFactors and integrating with SAP ERP. In this role, the individual will work with our HR and Learning stakeholders to drive and deliver harmonized, enterprise solutions and processes. Specifically, we are looking for an individual that will partner with our Business stakeholders and IT Operations to support and implement solutions at Clients Corporation using best practice guidance to deliver improved services, data and insights.

KEY ACCOUNTABLITIES

EDUCATION:

Bachelor's degree in human resources, Accounting, Economics, Operations Management or Information Systems or related discipline

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:

• 5+ years' related experience required with SAP SuccessFactors and SAP ECC platforms
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with a varied and global client base
• Excellent problem-solving ability and attention to detail
• Strong analytical skills
