Grant Thornton is seeking a Regulatory Expert to support government departments on legal, regulatory, compliance, and PPP matters in Uttarakhand. The role requires CS/LLB with 12+ years of overall experience and at least 5 years focused on PPP projects.

You will provide legal opinions, conduct due diligence, draft and review contracts and MoUs, and coordinate with authorities to ensure regulatory compliance and risk mitigation for PPP programs.

Qualifications

• CS or LLB with 12+ years overall experience.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant PPP project experience, with involvement in at least five large-scale PPPs.

• Offer legal opinions and interpret departmental policies, government guidelines, PPP norms, and statutory requirements.
• Conduct legal research, due diligence, and reviews of contractual obligations, PPP commitments, and regulatory matters.

Qualifications & Experience

• Qualification: Company Secretary (CS) / Bachelor of Laws (LLB)
• Overall Experience: More than 12 years
• Relevant Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, with contributions to at least five large-scale Public–Private Partnership (PPP) projects.
