Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial property lease agreements, leave and license agreements, and other real estate contracts.
• Provide legal advisory and transaction support for real estate projects, including PPP transactions.
• Conduct legal due diligence of properties, title documents, lease deeds, and related agreements.
• Review and interpret contracts, tender documents, concession agreements, and transaction-related legal documentation.
• Advise on legal risks, contractual obligations, regulatory requirements, and dispute resolution.
