Job summary

Deloitte & Touche GmbH Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft in Bengaluru seeks a Consultant in our HR Transformation Team to build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients, aiming to exceed client expectations. You will support HR transformation projects across process design, employee experience, and HR technology.

The role requires 1–4 years of relevant experience in consulting or industry roles, with strong communication, MS Office proficiency, and knowledge of HR

Responsibilities

• Execute assigned workstreams, ensuring quality, accuracy, and on-time delivery.
• Track project progress, risks, and issues, escalating as needed.
• Contribute to proposals, reports, presentations, and internal knowledge initiatives.
• Deliver day-to-day project activities under guidance of the Deloitte Human Capital leadership team.

As a Consultant in our HR Transformation Team you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations:

• Support HR transformation projects across process design, employee experience, and HR technology.
• Conduct research and analysis to generate insights and client-ready deliverables.
• Execute assigned workstreams, ensuring quality, accuracy, and on-time delivery.
• Track project progress, risks, and issues, escalating as needed.
• Contribute to proposals, reports, presentations, and internal knowledge initiatives.
• Deliver day-to-day project activities under guidance of the Deloitte Human Capital leadership team.

Desired qualifications/ certification

• Bachelor’s, Postgraduate Diploma, or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Human Resources, Psychology, Sociology, Information Technology, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 1–4 years of relevant experience in consulting (preferably with leading management consulting firms) and/or industry roles.

Skills required:

• Effectively prioritize tasks and deliver high-quality work under deadlines and pressure.
• Clear, concise communicator with strong writing and presentation skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and research tools; skilled in functional requirements and structured design thinking.
