Job summary

The Corporate Institute in Bengaluru is seeking an experienced FP&A professional to support financial reporting, data transformation, reconciliations, and migration of financial reporting processes to Snowflake and modern data platforms.

You will develop FP&A reports in Power BI and Excel, validate migrated data, and perform SAP-Snowflake reconciliations while supporting the month-end close and data validation. Occasional office visits may be required for critical milestones.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of FP&A/Finance/Accounting or financial reporting experience.
• Strong accounting knowledge with experience in reconciliations.
• Understanding of month-end close processes and SAP financial data.
• Experience with finance master data and mappings.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain FP&A reports and dashboards using Power BI and Excel.

Must-Have Skills

• Exposure to Anaplan, HANA, HFM, or similar financial reporting platforms.

Additional Requirements

• Candidates should be based in India, preferably Bengaluru, and be flexible with working hours depending on project requirements.
• Occasional visits to the Bengaluru office may be required during critical project phases.
