Job summary

Crescendo Global Leadership Hiring India is seeking a Consultant - Data/Business Analysis to drive Python-led analytics and automation for BFSI clients. You will leverage SQL, data visualization tools, and data warehousing concepts to deliver MIS, dashboards, and data-driven insights.

The role focuses on translating business requirements into data solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and applying Agile delivery practices to transform processes and reporting globally.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in BI/DA, MIS or related roles with Python expertise.
• Advanced SQL skills for data analysis, querying, validation and reporting.
• Exposure to Finance & Accounting processes, BI visualization tools, and Agile methods.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into data-driven solutions, dashboards, and actionable recommendations.
• Drive Python-based data analysis, reporting automation, data manipulation, and analytics.
• Use advanced SQL for data extraction, validation, analysis, reporting, and data quality management.

Requirements

3. Strong Business Analysis, requirement gathering, stakeholder management, and consulting capabilities.
4. Exposure to data warehousing/cloud platforms such as Snowflake, ETL/ELT and transformation frameworks such as DBT.
5. Understanding of Finance & Accounting processes, BI/data visualization tools, and Agile methodologies; AI/automation exposure is an added advantage.
