• Develop and maintain Source-to-Target Mapping (STM) documents (SAP Snowflake).

• Define UAT scenarios and perform data reconciliation between SAP and Snowflake.

Job Description*

Business & Functional Analysis

• Gather and analyze business requirements across Finance (FI/CO), Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, and Treasury
• Define KPIs, metrics, and reporting needs for analytics and dashboards
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into data solutions

Data Mapping & Transformation

• Develop and maintain Source-to-Target Mapping (STM) documents (SAP Snowflake)
• Define transformation rules, data harmonization, and standardization logic
• Design and manage mapping/reference tables for consistent data processing

Data Modeling Support

• Work with Data Architects to design fact and dimension models
• Validate data models to ensure alignment with business use cases
• Ensure proper handling of:
• Master data (Customer, Vendor, BP)
• Transactional data (GL, Billing, Payments)

Integration Alignment (SAP / BTP / Snowflake)

• Collaborate with SAP and BTP teams to understand:
• Data extraction mechanisms (IDocs, APIs, AIF)
• Data flow from S/4HANA to Snowflake
• Ensure data integrity and consistency across systems

Testing & Data Validation

• Define and execute UAT scenarios
• Perform data reconciliation between SAP and Snowflake
• Validate KPIs, reports, and dashboards against business expectations

Reporting & Analytics Enablement

• Support BI teams (Power BI/Tableau) with:
• Data definitions
• KPI logic
• Data consumption layers
• Ensure data models are optimized for reporting performance

Data Governance & Quality

• Define data quality rules and validation checks
• Support data lineage, audit, and compliance requirements
• Work with governance tools (if applicable)

Functional Expertise

• Strong knowledge of business processes:
• Finance (GL, AR, AP, COPA preferred)
• SAP S/4HANA data structures (ACDOCA, BSEG, BKPF)
• Experience with SAP Business Partner and master data concepts

Data & Analytics Knowledge

• Understanding of:
• Data warehousing (Star/Snowflake schema)
• Data modeling concepts (fact/dimension design)
• Ability to interpret and validate SQL outputs

Snowflake Exposure

• Experience working in Snowflake environments
• Familiarity with:
• Data pipelines
• Data ingestion concepts (ELT/ETL)
• Data sharing and performance considerations

Integration Knowledge (Preferred)

• Exposure to SAP BTP, APIs, IDocs, or middleware tools
• Understanding of end-to-end data flow (SAP Snowflake)
