Job summary

Genpact in Hyderabad is seeking three junior Systems Analyst resources for the Supplier Management space to support onboarding, supplier data, and gateway platforms, mirroring the Zip model with a lead and junior developers. Ideal candidates bring procurement knowledge, exposure to MDG or data governance, and a foundation in SAP MM.

You will work on integrations and low-code/no-code concepts, with training and mentorship provided to grow quickly.

Qualifications

• Procurement domain knowledge and supplier onboarding experience are highly preferred.
• Experience with SAP MM or related procurement modules is a plus.
• Strong API/integration awareness and data governance concepts appreciated.

Responsibilities

• Support multiple supplier management products and applications including onboarding, data, and gateway platforms.
• Collaborate with lead developers to scale and maintain supplier-related modules.
• Learn fast and contribute to low-code/no-code integration initiatives.

Job Description

Role Scope and Experience Level

The team is looking for three junior Systems Analyst resources for the Supplier Management space. The roles will support multiple supplier management-related products and applications, including supplier onboarding, supplier data, supplier gateway, and related platforms. The model is expected to be similar to the existing structure used for Zip, with a lead and supporting developers/resources.

Preferred Skills and Candidate Profile

Ideal candidates would have procurement domain knowledge, supplier onboarding experience, supplier data/master data exposure, or supplier management application knowledge. Experience in platforms such as SLP, HICX/Hicks, supplier data analysis, or Master Data Governance would be valuable, though it may be difficult to find exact matches in the market. Strong functional procurement understanding from SAP MM/procurement backgrounds may also be suitable, even if candidates do not have direct experience with all target platforms. Technical understanding of integrations, APIs, system-to-system connectivity, and low-code/no-code concepts would be useful, but a balanced skill mix is acceptable. Fast learners with strong aptitude and domain understanding were considered acceptable for these junior roles.
