Job summary

Aligned Automation Services Pvt Ltd, Pune-based, is hiring a Business Analyst – Data Engineering with 8–12 years of experience to join our data-centric team.

You will work on SQL-heavy data projects, build ETL/ELT pipelines, perform data profiling and quality checks, and deliver insights using Power BI/Tableau while collaborating with stakeholders in Agile environments.

Strong communication and documentation skills are essential to align business needs with technical delivery.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of experience as a Business Analyst / Data Analyst / Data-focused BA.
• Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with large datasets.
• Good understanding of Data Engineering concepts – ETL/ELT, data pipelines, data warehousing, data modelling.
• Experience with databases such as SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Teradata, Snowflake or similar.
• Experience in data profiling, data quality, reconciliation and validation.
• Knowledge of Python/PySpark is an advantage.
• Experience with Power BI/Tableau and analytical reporting.
• Strong requirements gathering, documentation, stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
