Job summary

Treebo Hotels is seeking a reservations professional to handle queries and requests from internal teams and partners. The role requires coordination with Sales, City teams, hotel partners, travel agents, and corporate admins, plus troubleshooting the central reservation system.

Graduates with strong communication skills in English and Hindi, plus good numerical aptitude, are welcome. The position involves working in both Voice and Non-voice processes with rotating shifts.

Qualifications

• Graduates with good communication skills (English and Hindi).
• Strong numerical ability and basic math skills.
• Willing to work in both Voice and Non-voice processes.
• Six days working with rotational shifts.

Responsibilities

• Handling reservations queries and requests from the reservations team, internal teams, external teams, and our partners.
• Coordinating between internal (Sales Team, City teams) and external stakeholders (Hotel Partners, Travel Agents, Corporate Admins).
• Troubleshooting issues regarding the central reservation system.
• Willing to work in rotational shifts.
